LONG STAY RATE:
If you want to stay in Pisa for more than 3 days contact us and we will offer you a special discounted price.Alternatively,you can go on our website and select the "long stay" rate to see the discounted price!

STANDARD RATE PAY AT THE BED & BREAKFAST:
If you prefer you can pay at the moment of the check-in,and you can cancel up to 2 days before your stay.

-Continental breakfast available on request or bookable directly from the site at the time of booking.

-NCC airport shuttle service available on request or bookable directly on the website when you make your reservation.

Tourist tax

Extra bed for children over 2 years or adult  € 25 per night
Cot for children under 2 years €20 per night
Small/medium size dogs are welcome but request confirmation on booking, daily supplement of €15 which is not included in the total price and must be paid during the stay.
the payment of a tourist tax is requested according to the current regulations.
All extra beds or cots are available on request, and confirmed by our B&B on booking.
